RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS

Bend FC offers recreational soccer leagues for both youth and adult players. Recreational soccer can be defined as a soccer program that is primarily devoted to the enjoyment and development of soccer players without the emphasis on travel or high level competition. The purpose of recreational soccer is to provide an opportunity for all participants to have fun, learn the sport, be active, and develop life skills including a life long love of the game.

Youth

Central Oregon Soccer League, otherwise known as COSL, is designed to promote fun and fitness through soccer for players from PreK through 8th grade. Recreational soccer is designed to be a less intense environment that builds soccer skills and fundamentals of the sport through the dedicated volunteers and administrators that help guide the league. COSL will host over 1500 players in the Spring of 2024.

Bend FC's Adult Recreational Leagues are designed for fun and fitness while playing on the Bend FC Soccer Complexes world class artificial turf fields. Adult Coed Rec 7v7, Womens Rec 7v7, and Mens Competitive 11v11 are offered four seasons a year, Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

The program is geared towards player development and fun! The basis of Bend FC’s Unified Soccer Program is a modified version of the game of soccer, specifically altered to allow full participation and enjoyment for each athlete.
