2025 AGM - Save the Date
The 2025 AGM will be held Wednesday, April 30th in the evening. Details will be sent to membership soon.
At each AGM, the club holds an election for expiring board seats. The board will send out information on expiring seats prior to the AGM. To be eligible to run for a board seat you must be a member in good standing in a full-time competitive program (includes Junior Development Academy, does not include recreation programming).
Board commitments are: 1. Attend monthly board meetings 2. Participate and show commitment to board activities 3. Volunteer for events or join a committee.
Now is a great time to join the board, we are moving forward with Phase 2 of our turf field project and continuing to execute on the club's mission to provide positive, safe, and competitive experiences in which our youth can enjoy developing into elite soccer players and grow in life skills such as teamwork, responsibility, resilience, and leadership. Invest in your player's future.
Monthly Board Meetings
The Bend FC Board of Directors meet on the third Tuesday of every month 11:30am-1pm (subject to change). All board meetings will have time at the beginning of the meeting for members to speak with the board, however all requests must be made in advance, must be in compliance with our club
Communication Policy, and pre-approved to allow us to get through our agenda. If you would like to present a comment to the board live (via zoom), please submit your request to secretary@bendfc.com no later than the Sunday prior to each meeting for consideration. Please include your full name, contact info and the topic you would like to address.
If you would like to submit a question to the board, submit directly to the board at secretary@bendfc.com. Your question/feedback will be either directed to the appropriate staff member, or handled by the board. Responses will be disseminated through staff or team managers back to membership.
