Bend FC, the premier youth soccer organization in Central Oregon, is excited to announce the introduction of its Summer Recreational Soccer League for the 2024 season. This initiative is part of Bend FC's commitment to provide engaging soccer experiences for all youth players through our Central Oregon Soccer League (COSL).

The Summer Recreational Soccer League is designed for children from PreK through 5th grade (based on 2025-26 school year), and offers an exciting and fun-filled soccer experience during the summer months. The league will span six consecutive weeks, with games scheduled to take place on Friday nights under the lights of Bend FC's Soccer Complex at Pine Nursery Park in Bend. There are no practices, just games.

Program Dates:

June 20th, 27th

July 18th, 25th

August 1st, 8th

Times:

5pm - Prek/Kinder, 1st, & 2nd graders

6pm - 3rd, 4th, & 5th graders

Players will be divided up by grade.

One distinctive feature of this program is its emphasis on a game-only league format. Unlike our traditional leagues, teams will not have weekly practices, allowing participants to enjoy the thrill of the game without the added commitment of regular training sessions. All games will adhere to the Summer COSL rules, ensuring a fair and competitive playing field.

The registration cost for the Summer Recreational Soccer program will be $150 per player for the session. In addition to the unparalleled soccer experience, each player will receive a Summer COSL jersey to wear during games. The jersey is included in the summer fees, making it a comprehensive package for all participants.

Teams in the Summer Recreational Soccer league will benefit from a unique coaching structure. Bend FC's professional staff coaches will guide and mentor the young players throughout the season. All soccer participants should have access to safe, fun, dynamic and inclusive environments designed to help them learn, grow and fall in love with the sport.

Central Oregon Soccer League (COSL) Summer League is a recreational soccer league hosted by Bend FC.
