Central Oregon Soccer League (COSL) is a spring league designed for recreational soccer players, PreK through 8th grade.

Bend FC's Adult Recreational League is designed for fun and fitness. Games are 7v7 with goalkeepers and played four seasons a year.

By registering for any youth or adult program within Bend FC or Central Oregon Soccer league, you consent to receiving electronic communications pertaining to club updates, fundraisers, and events. Bend FC and its registered members are members of US Soccer via USYS or US Club.
