Central Oregon Soccer League (COSL) is a recreational league hosted by Bend FC and sanctioned by Oregon Youth Soccer Association. Our Rec Stars program takes COSL a step further by offering more soccer and competition to players who stand out during the regular COSL league season.

COSL Rec Stars is an invitational group for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders. These players will be nominated by their COSL coaches to be selected for a team that will compete at the Bend Premier Cup, July 12-14, 2024.

We are also pleased to introduce Little Stars and Shooting Stars the newest programs available to our youngest soccer enthusiasts.

All COSL games are officiated by USSF Referees, when available, with the support of club volunteers and coaches at some of the younger age groups.

To maximize player development and player enjoyment, no age groups will play 11v11. The 9v9 format is the largest game size that COSL offers.
