Bend FC Executive General Manager Attends International Youth Sports Leaders LEADs Convention in Fort Worth, Texas

Bend, OR 11/21/25— Bend FC Executive General Manager Donnie Emerson represented Bend FC at the prestigious International Youth Sports Leaders LEADs Convention in Texas November 17-21, 2025. The LEADs Convention brings together 120 of the top youth sports leaders from across the nation for a week of high-level professional development, collaboration, and industry innovation.

The LEADs program focuses on four core pillars:

CONNECT – Engage with peers leading successful youth sports organizations to build relationships and strengthen networks within the industry.
COLLABORATE – Work in leadership groups to address shared challenges, develop practical solutions, and spark innovation.
LEARN – Gain new leadership insights through proven strategies and systems presented by industry experts.
IMPACT OTHERS – Share success stories, mentor fellow leaders, and elevate performance across youth sports communities.
