The Youth Premier Academy is for skilled and motivated players who desire an increased level of competition and are committed to playing year-round. Players must try out to be selected for a competitive team. Travel is mandatory for away games and tournaments throughout the year, including the winter months. The annual player fees vary by team.

The U13-U14 Youth Premier Academy for the 2024-25 season is for players born in 2011 & 2012. Tryouts are held in May, and teams in this phase full-sided 11v11 games.

As a member of a U13 or U14 Youth Premier Academy Team, players will be expected to participate in:

• Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA) league games (fall and spring), statewide travel is expected
• An OYSA Cup tournament (Founders, President, or State)
• Summer tournaments (Summer 2024 calendar found here)
• Up to three training sessions weekly
• Goalkeeping training (if applicable)

To be considered for a Bend FC Youth Premier Academy Team, players must:

• Tryout in May. Supplemental tryouts may be available during the year. Contact the Director of Coaching for more information.
• Commit for a year of mandatory practices, games, and tournaments, including travel to away games that will require hotel stays and winter travel. Travel costs are not included in registration fees.
• Purchase the full required Bend FC Uniform kit. Details provided after tryouts, via email. The uniform costs are not included in season fees.

The schedule for the 2024-2025 season for the Youth Premier Academy U13-U14 teams follows and is subject to change:

• Tryouts in May
• Train twice weekly between June 2024 and April 2025
• Premier teams to train three times weekly during league play
• Indoor training, once weekly, between December and February
• Bend Premier Cup, hosted by Bend FC in July each year
• Summer tournaments, which vary by team (tournament registration fees and coach travel costs included in player fees)
• Club breaks:
• August 5-16, 2024
• Thanksgiving week, November 25-29, 2024
• Winter break, December 23, 2024 through January 3, 2025
• Bend-LaPine School District spring break (March 24-28, 2025)
  
  

Practices (except for indoor training) are held at at Bend FC Soccer Complex @ Pine Nursery Park are typically scheduled in 1.5 hour sessions Monday-Thursday from 4:30-7:30pm.
